The site is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company operating as Compass Lead Group. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What this service is

Central PA Radon Pros is a marketing service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed radon mitigation contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a licensed contractor, does not perform radon testing or mitigation work, does not employ tradespeople, and does not negotiate the scope or price of any job. When you submit a quote request, your information is forwarded to an independent licensed contractor who contacts you directly.

Your relationship with contractors

Any agreement for testing, mitigation, or related work is between you and the contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for the work they perform, their licensing, their insurance, their pricing, and their warranties. Compass Camper LLC is not a party to that agreement.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as is. Compass Camper LLC makes no warranty about the work performed by any contractor and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not professional, medical, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for testing your home or consulting a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or service is limited to $100. Compass Camper LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of an independent contractor you hire.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the operation of the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law and disputes
